Please remove background from image if it is not part of the print. There will be a $5.00 removal fee, if background needs to be removed by me. 

Local custom orders will be ready for pick up in 48 hours.

Please allow 5-7 business day if orders will be shipping.

When purchasing transfers, you agree that pressing transfers is your responsibility.

We will not refund due to user error.

Every heat press is different.

5. Refund Policy: Refunds are only offered for manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
